We RESPOND at times that suit our customers - anyone booking an appointment online gets to choose their own appointment slot, or we can choose one with you if you telephone or visit our office.

We aim to REPAIR first time. It's not always possible, but with our carefully planned parts and stock holding systems and materials supply agreements we keep second visits to a minimum.

And for larger jobs we REBUILD - from installing new kitchens and bathrooms, to re-wiring and replacing doors and windows.

As part of East Lothian Housing Association Group, R3 Repairs has both the backing of a company you can trust, with the knowledge that the parent company, East Lothian Housing Association, is a non-profit making, locally based charitable organisation. R3 Repairs started trading in April 2010, and operates across South East Scotland.
